How your week goes

Rough structure: I adjust spots and pace daily to the group's level and energy.

1. D1Arrival & settling in. You arrive at your own pace, we move into the accommodation and clear up any open questions: the week's schedule, spots, and a quick gear check if you like.
2. D2Free bouldering. An easy start on the rock. Everyone boulders at their own level, I coach wherever it helps most right now.
3. D3Technique: reading boulders. We learn to read boulders: analysing rock structures, footholds and holds and working out your own beta instead of being told it.
4. D4Consolidating. Applying and consolidating what you've learned: deliberately little theory, lots of climbing, coaching exactly where it's needed.
5. D5Projecting on the rock. You pick a boulder at (or above) your limit and work it as a realistic day project.
6. D6The best for last. Back to the favourite spots and open projects. In the evening we round off the week together.
7. D7Departure. The journey home. You can do more than before, know new people and almost certainly want to come back.
