Summer bouldering camp in Fontainebleau.
A week away from the everyday: forest, sandstone, a real group. On the summer bouldering camp you boulder for seven days with Daniel in Fontainebleau. And if you like, you add yoga with Janine.
A week
that stays with you.
A day trip shows you how bouldering in Fontainebleau works. A week shows you how it feels: when you wake up in the morning and know that today you'll be climbing again.
The summer trip is a completely normal bouldering camp in France, a classic Fontainebleau week: small group, real coaching on the rock, dinner together in the evening. What sets this one date apart from the others: on this single trip Janine comes along and offers yoga.
You book the yoga as an option. It brings you back down between the bouldering days, good for mobility, body tension and recovery. If you'd rather just climb, simply leave it out.
Want to extend before or after the week? In my guide to camping in Fontainebleau you'll find everything on campsites, where to stay and what to pack.

Yoga with Janine.
Only on this summer trip: Janine leads yoga sessions for the group. Gentle mobilisation in the morning, stretching and recovery on climbing days. Ideal for lasting the whole week and climbing better at the end than at the start.
You decide whether and how much, bookable as a small or large card, per person for the week.
The add-on is selected with the trip during the booking step.
How your summer bouldering camp runs.
A rough structure. On some days there's an optional yoga session with Janine, then it's off to the rock. I adapt everything daily to the group's level and energy.
- Day 1
Arrival & settling in
You arrive at your own pace, we move into the accommodation and go over the essentials: the week's flow, the spots and, if you like, a quick gear check. Climbing starts tomorrow.
- Day 2
Technique day
Deliberate work on the fundamentals. Friction, balance, body positioning. I coach everyone one on one.
- Day 3
Going deeper
We head to the lesser-known spots. More challenge, more quiet.
- Day 4
Free day
No plan. Everyone climbs as they like, I'm there and give feedback if you want it. Optional: yoga with Janine.
- Day 5
Project day
Everyone picks their own project. I help you find the right line and work it out.
- Day 6
Final day
The best spots one more time. In the evening we eat together and look back on the week.
- Day 7
Departure
The trip home. With more skill, new friends and the urge to come back soon.

“Super relaxed and professional at the same time. Learned a lot — thanks for the great trip!”
Before you book.
What level do I need?
The summer camp is open to all climbing levels. The week is intense enough for advanced climbers, but beginners get just as much out of it. We never split up: everyone boulders together on lines matched to their level.
What does the trip cost and what's included?
The summer week costs €649 per person. Included: 7 days of coaching on the rock with Daniel, shared accommodation (gîte / holiday flat), all crash pads, spot selection and the week's planning. Not included: travel, food (we often cook together and split the cost), personal expenses.
How does the yoga work?
Yoga is an optional add-on that's only on this summer trip, led by Janine. You book it if you like: 3-session card €29 or 5-session card €49 per person for the week. Yoga brings mobility, body tension and recovery between the bouldering days. If you'd rather just climb, simply leave it out.
How big is the group?
A maximum of 8. It's deliberately kept small so I can really coach everyone and the group gets to know each other.
Can I sign up on my own?
Yes, plenty of people do. The group is small, you get to know the others quickly. Many end up travelling together again afterwards.
Seven days of bouldering instead of the everyday.
Spots are limited. And if you have questions beforehand: just give me a call, I'll answer in person.
